Be sure Window->Palette bin is checked.
Use Window->Histogram to open the Histogram window.
Use Window->Info to open the Info window.
Use Window->Layers to open the Layers window.
Be sure each open window has the “Place in palette bin when closed “ option checked. Drag each one into the Palette Bin in this order, and open Info, Layers, and Undo History.
When finished, the bin should look something like this.
