Use Window->Tools if the Tool Palette is not visible.
Hold pointer over each tool icon until the tool tip appears.
Note the position of the Zoom (magnifier) icon which zooms in and out on an image.
Note the position of the Hand icon which moves the entire image around.
Note the position of the foreground and background colors at the bottom of the tool palette. These allow selection of foreground and background colors.
